Counselling in Brentwood, Nr Romford and Basildon, Essex
The journey through life can be an obstacle course, confusing and emotionally painful. At times it may be difficult to see the wood from the trees ... you may feel isolated and alone and feel that no one can possibly understand what you are going through.
Undertaking a course of counselling may be the way forward ...
Counselling is confidential and no issue is dismissed as minor or deemed too big or taboo. Talking to someone who does not know you personally, in a confidential setting, can be a safe place to explore how you feel about yourself and help to make sense of your world and where you fit into it.
Counselling cannot make decisions for you but it can help give you the emotional strength needed to explore difficulties that may cloud your ability to form important judgements that can affect your future.
